HOW TO USE

Shampoo:

Soak your hair completely with water, pump a small amount into your hand and rub it between your palms. Gently massage it into your scalp until it lathers, focusing on the roots then finally rinse it out thoroughly

Conditioner:

After shampooing, apply a generous amount of conditioner and work it in from the roots to the ends of your hair. Massage thoroughly and leave it on for 2-3 minutes to allow the nutrients to deeply hydrate. Rinse well. For best results, pair with one of our Cleanse shampoos for an easy, effective grooming routine.

You should wash your hair depending on your routine and hair type.

If you train frequently, sweat, use product regularly, expose to alot of sun light or have oily hair then the Pure Daily Shampoo will be good for you. It's a gentle formula allowing you to wash every day or every other day.

If you have curly, dry or coarse hair the deep hydrate shampoo also allows you to wash your hair every day if you desire, we recommend 2-3x per week depending on your routine, that can increase or decrease.

If you don't like washing your hair use the Total reset shampo 1x a week.
